Our Hospitality Team makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for, creating a warm environment where God’s love is experienced from the moment people arrive.

Our Worship Team leads us in praising God through music, using their gifts to create space for people to encounter His presence and respond in worship.

Our RCC Kids Team creates fun, safe spaces where children encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and build lasting relationships.

Our Youth Ministry invests in the next generation by creating spaces where students can encounter Jesus and know they are loved. With a middle school class on Sundays and a high school group on Thursday nights, this ministry is a place for leaders who want to walk alongside students, encourage their faith, and point them to the hope of the gospel.

Our Tech Team manages all audio, visual, and media needs for both in-person and online services, ensuring everything runs smoothly so people can fully engage in worship.

¿Hablas español? Our Spanish Translation Team makes worship accessible every Sunday by providing live translation, helping Spanish-speakers fully engage in our church community.

Our Set Up/Tear Down Team serves behind the scenes each week at Eshelman Elementary, transforming the school into a house of worship. If you can lift a box or set up some chairs, there’s a spot for you on this team!
RCC IN ACTION
In addition to serving on various teams, we all serve through our outreach initiative we call RCC in Action. RCC in Action is how we, as a community of Jesus-followers, step into our communities with friendship, service, and the gospel. Through ongoing opportunities year-round, we partner with Eshelman Elementary School, Watts Powerhouse Church, YoungLife Harbor Area, and the City of Lomita to bless and serve our community. Whatever your gifts or availability, you’re invited to join us in action and help make God’s love visible in tangible ways. Ongoing RCC in Action opportunities are announced on a regular basis.
